5,000 11x17 glossy-paper, full color, A-1 quality calendars will be printed and distributed. The calendar will also be published on www.jultom.com . If you have a web site, when the clients visit our calendar and clicks on your ad, they will automatically be linked to your web site. If you don’t have a web site, clicking on your ad will bring up a larger version of your ad to make it very visible and easy-to-read.
How are the calendars distributed?
Each business on the 2011 Calendar will receive 200 calendars, and 1,000 will be distributed directly to the Renton community (Kent/Renton School District, stores, churches, civic centers, and others). You don’t need to worry about paying for distribution because all clients on the calendar will do that together. Each business distributes 200 calendars to their clients. This makes distribution easy and effective, and keeps distribution and calendars costs down.
The email you sent states $45, yet I don’t see any options that support that dollar amount. The website is quite confusing to me. Can you just explain to me in layman terms how much this would cost (total) and when payments would be due?
The total list cost is $1,200 (19 months of guaranteed advertising: print, internet). 1,200 divided by 16 months works out to $75 per month.
- If you pay in full when you sign the contract, we will give you a 35% discount ($420 off of list price), making the total cost $780. 780 divided by 16 months gives a cost-per-month of $48.75, or about $49.00.
- If you pay the total in 2 payments, you’ll get a 20% discount ($240 off of list price), giving a total cost of $960, which works out a cost-per-month of $60. The first payment is due at the signing of the contract, and the 2nd payment is due when you see and approve your ad design, which will be before January 14th.
- If you pay the total in 3 payments, you’ll get a 5% discount ($60), giving a total cost of $1,140, or a cost-per-month of $71. The first payment is due at contract signing, the 2nd when you approve your ad design (January 14), and the 3rd payment is due February 7th.
- If you pay the total in 4 payments, the total cost is $1,200, which works out to cost per month of $75.00. Even at the $1,200 cost, you won’t find more effective advertising than our 2011-2012 Spring-to-Spring Calendar, with its outstanding quality and price. The 1st payment is due at contract signing, the 2nd is due when you approve your ad design, the 3rd when you approve the final calendar just before printing, the 4th when we deliver the calendars.
Note: All charges must be paid on time, or the initial payments will be forfeited, and the advertisement will not be printed in the calendar.

However, we plan to make other calendars later on, for example, a summer-to-summer 2011-2012 calendar in others areas (Issaquah, Bellevue, Kent, Puyallup, Seattle). You will be eligible for discounts on those calendars and on future projects of Jultom Designs / www.jultom.com.
